There were people in the CIA that knew the truth. but they were told to shut up or lose their jobs and perhaps their pensions. Big Oil wanted Iraq to cease to be an unpredictable source of oil that they could not control.

In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort and sanctuary to terrorists including Al Qaeda members. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security. This is a very difficult vote. This is probably the hardest decision I've ever had to make. Any vote that might lead to war should it be hard, but I cast it with conviction.
 
She was stupid to vote for war, of course, as were all the other Congress people who voted for war.

But Hillary was still a better choice for president 14 years later when she ran against Trump. A majority of Americans agreed and voted for Hillary.

Hillary is not running in 2024, she will not run for any office again, so Hillary is irrelevant to the election of 2024.

Hillary certainly had some new ideas, including universal free government healthcare paid for by massive tax hikes. She also supported funding abortion through 9 months of pregnancy with more tax increases, and flatly stated that children belong to the state, not to God or their parents.

She was stupid to slander tens of millions of American voters by calling them deplorable.

They are worse than a basket full of deplorables.

Their so called "outrage" about it was sad. After decades of calling democrats vulgar names, I guess the republicans got used to democrats not doing anything about it.

It's interesting that these same conservatives have no problem with all the vulgar names he calls democrats, Harris and Walz.

By the way Hillary got nearly three million votes more than sexual assaulter trump.
