Harris will not enact price controls, because price controls do not work for non manufactured goods, like food. It makes sense to put a negotiated price on some manufactured products, like pharmaceuticals.

Neither Harris nor Trump will cancel the income tax on tips. Just try to write such a law that tax waiters and not lawyers on retainers or hedgefund leaders. It's probably impossible.
