“Because the intentional high error rate generates large numbers of ballots to be adjudicated by election personnel, we must deduce that bulk adjudication occurred,” Ramsland warned. “However, because files and adjudication logs are missing, we have not yet determined where the bulk adjudication occurred or who was responsible for it.” In other words, Democrats premeditated and coordinated their attack on the US election system, tampering with the security logs to cover up their fraud.

The adjudication software applicationis an optional component of Democracy Suite. Antrim did not purchase it, andmy examination of the EMS shows that it was not installed. In actuality, the 68% figure is meaningless. Scanning a single ballot producesa variable number of lines in the log file—ranging from two to dozens—oftenincluding many benign warnings or errors. Many other entries and warningsare generated during pre-election testing or while starting or shutting down themachine. This means that the fraction of lines that are errors does not represent afraction of ballots or votes, the entities for which an error rate would be relevant.Moreover, the errors in the log file do not mean what Mr. Ramsland purportsthem to. He claims that “n Central Lake Township there were 1,222 ballotsreversed out of 1,491 total ballots cast, resulting in an 81.96% rejection rate.All reversed ballots are sent to adjudication for a decision by election personnel”(¶B.10, emphasis in the original). This is referring to log entries like those inFigure 10 that say “Ballot has been reversed”. However, these entries have nothingto do with adjudication. They simply mean that the ballot has been returned tothe voter; i.e., the paper feeding mechanism has been reversed, as when a vendingmachine returns a dollar bill that has been misfed. This is a common and benignoccurrence

There is not a court judgment anywhere that states a judge or jury found proof that there was no widespread voter fraud in 2020. If a judge claimed he saw no evidence then that means he saw no evidence to prove massive fraud took place or did not take place.
