You claim the testimony of witnesses is wrong about the high rejection rate of ballots that had to be adjudicated, but you offer no proof the rejection rates were lower.

Antrim County does not provide an accurate record of how thousands of ballots were adjudicated.

Third, and fatally, adjudication functionality was not enabled at all in Antrim
County during the November 2020 election. The adjudication software application
is an optional component of Democracy Suite. Antrim did not purchase it, and
my examination of the EMS shows that it was not installed. There are no adjudi￾cation logs for the simple reason that adjudication was not used

No ballots were adjudicated in Antrim County? You prove nothing. Ballot adjudication was rampant in 2020, with elections officials making final choices for voters on adjudicated ballots.


Even a speck of ink or fly puke will cause a ballot to be rejected. One county in Georgia adjudicated 103,000 of 109,000 ballots!

Your claims are not supported by data. Dominion machines had problems with adjudication processes and for that reason were rejected by Texas officials in 2019.


The problems with the adjudication portion of the tabulation process in the 5.5 System were dismissed by Dominion officials as a “bad path”; however, Dominion never showed why the bad path occurred or how it could be avoided end users. Also, the previous poor resolution on the scanner for some of the printed wording on the ballots was dismissed either as damaged equipment or a setting issue. GENERAL OBSERVATION

Obama had a Democrat Congress in 2009-2010 but he failed to raise taxes on the rich. I think Democrats talk big about taxing the rich, but they do nothing because the rich are the ones donating to their campaigns.
