With the evidence they found at the scene, and witnesses that came forward as soon as the cops showed up, the cops decided there wasn't enough evidence of Zimmerman committing a crime, to even arrest the man, much less charge him with anything.

Nonetheless, the case has been so amazingly politicized , distorted, and lied about, by people up to and including the President of the United States, that I would now like to see Zimmerman brought to trial and ALL the evidence, including all the witnesses, the cops' testimony, and everything else, brought out and made public under oath.

Did Zimmerman "stalk" Trayvon? Did Z attack him? Let's see what's brought out in court.

Did Trayvon attack Zimmerman, knock him down, and beat him? Let's see what's brought out in court.

The country has been so (carefully and deliberately) riled and inflamed, that full public hearings are the only way I can see, to clear the air.

Not sure what Zimmerman can be charged with. Murder? Manslaughter? Discharging a firearm in city limits? Messing up the grass near a public sidewalk with the back of his head?

But full PUBLIC hearings, televised, should be held; all evidence and testimony made public; and a verdict rendered by a jury of his peers.

George Zimmerman to be charged in Trayvon Martin shooting, official says

Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey plans to announce as early as Wednesday afternoon that she is charging neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, according to a law enforcement official close to the investigation.

It was not immediately clear what charge Zimmerman will face.

Martin, 17 and unarmed, was shot and killed Feb. 26 by Zimmerman, who said he was acting in self-defense. Police in Sanford, Fla., where the shooting took place, did not charge Zimmerman, citing the state’s “stand your ground” law.

Corey told reporters Tuesday night that she would hold a news conference about the case within 72 hours. A news release from her office said the event will be held in Sanford or Jacksonville, Fla.

I guess this is no surprise given the hysteria associated with it. Of course if all cranks back up if he's not found guilty and he's probably a dead man in the slam.

Rush Limbaugh is right. He said when you threat violance with violance you usaly get what you want. Just like the Rodney King beating. When the LAPD officers roughed him up and when the officers were found not guilty by the jury the whole black community went berzerk and on the second trial they found the officers guilty. And now Black Panthers made threats and then the state of Florida gave them what they wanted. When Blacks go berzerk they do anything to keep them quiet. Just like the Hispanics,, Remember Elian Gonzalez? When ICE Nabbed him the whole Hispanic community goers berzerk anmd they demand the Mayor of Miami to fire the police chief. And 4 days later they went on a citywide strike and the Mayor knew he had to do something because the city wasnt making any money with hispanic shops closed on a strike. So the Mayor fired the police chief and they were satisfied.
