Joe Biden just creates whole entire stories about his life like how he went to a black college or marched from Selma in 65 or finished near the top of his law school.

Barack Obama spent much of his adult life telling, or rather bragging to people that he was born in Kenya. That is why the bio for his first book says that. Either he was lying the whole time or he was born there.
