Wannabe Trump assassin is finally arrested after making multiple threats against Trump and his family and after buying rifle illegally

Leftist gun laws not only strip civilized Americans of their Constitutionally protected gun rights, but have the effect of eliminating guns from the hands of defenseless Americans in the face of rising violence from murderous gangsters and psychopaths who don't obey gun laws.
Background checks only deny guns to those that rightwingers claim should not be able to purchase guns. Go figure!

Werbung:
No. But those fail it cannot in principle purchase that very gun and therefore cannot commit crimes with it.

Thugs can walk into a gun show and purchase a gun against the law because the law for background checks do not apply to private sales in gun shows. Yet right-wingers are adamantly against closing that loophole and use the very same loophole to claim gun laws do not work. It is a con.
You seem concerned about gun shows but the biggest problem in the US are illegal guns picked up by lawless thugs on the black market.

Why go tonblack market when you can go to gun shows?
I don't buy guns at either place but until democrats figure out a way to prevent godless thugs from murdering people in big blue cities with illegal guns then democrats will not have a solution to the gun problem in the US. Making guns illegal is not stopping ungodly thugs from murdering people wth illegal guns.

That did not relate to the post of line that you wuited here. Why not directly address the fact that any felon can walk into a gun show and get a gun?

Yer a dishonest senator.

I do not believe that a felon can walk into a gun store and buy a gun from any gun store in the country, yet felons still murder Americans by the thousands with guns they illegally obtained from underworld gun markets.

You “believe” in all sorts of unreal things. I am telling you private sales in gun shows are not subject to laws requiring background checks. Therefore potentially a felon can walk into a gun show and buy a gun. Deal with it! But try to be honest for once.

Let's suppose a felon can walk into some gun stores and buy a gun. How does that solve thousands of felons obtaining illegal firearms on the black market and murdering tens of thousands of blacks and others in big democrat cities?

At any rate, multiple states (I don't know if any states remain) like North Carolina have already closed the gun show loophole you are taking about.

Yer so dishonest. First you played dumb about the loo hole and now you are the expert. At any rate I think you are mostly wrong still. Here:

Several states and the District of Columbia have their own gun show background check requirements. As of January 2021, 14 states require some kind of background checks at the point of sale and/or permits for all transfers, including purchases from unlicensed sellers.3 They are:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Delaware
  • Illinois
  • Maryland
  • New Jersey
  • New Mexico
  • New York
  • Nevada
  • Oregon
  • Pennsylvania
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Washington

Background checks are required for handguns only in:

  • Connecticut
  • Maryland
  • Pennsylvania

In 33 states, there are currently no laws—federal or state—regulating firearms sales between private individuals at gun shows.3 However, even in states where background checks of private sales are not required by law, organizations hosting the gun show may require them as a matter of policy. In addition, private sellers are free to have a third-party, federally licensed gun dealer run background checks even though they may not be required by law.

Btw most of the states that require background checks are the blue states. The red states are just fun crazy.

Guns secure and protect freedom,
Absolute bullshyt. When has a gun secured and protected freedom?
Americans think they discovered freedom while other countries have the same without guns.

regardless of foolish ideas to the contrary. Hundreds of mentally unstable Americans with high IQs have committed heinous crimes in American history.
I don't recall any high IQ Americans that weren't unstable. It's a genetic fault with them.

With the greatest number of gun crimes being committed in blue states what can we assume about the effectiveness of blue state gun laws?

We are back to the painful truth that criminals can walk into gun shows and buy a gun. And rightwingers fight tooth and nail against closing this loophole.

We should do a study to see how much we should focus on this alleged problem rather than other problems. How many people have been murdered in the US with guns they never purchased anywhere legally? How many people have been murdered by thugs who bought guns at gun shows without background checks? How many people have been murdered by left-leaning thugs? How many have been murdered by Christians? How many have been murdered by thugs who don't give a flip about any gun laws? How many people have been murdered by whites? How many people have been murdered by blacks?

Are these things important or should we scrap all research and go immediately into leftist hype and propaganda?

Why “alleged”? It is a fact that criminals can walk into gun shows and purchase a gun.

And your racist tendencies could not refrain from making his about blacks.
