There is no Socialist party in the American congress.

They're called Democrats...same animal with a different name. Several members in congress do belong to the "Democratic Caucus" which aligns itself with the communist party. Marxists, socialists, communists.... all branches on the same tree.

This comment is absurd. There is no Socialist party in the American congress. Liberalism is not a dirty word in the rest of the world. In fact our main conser4vative party in Australia is called the Liberal Party.

Keith Ellison is an open socialist. he's an "independent" who caucuses with the DEMS. many other less so.

democrats became liberals til that got identified as socialist then they became progressives and now thats gotten identified as socialist. it'll be interesting to see what moniker they choose to hide behind next.

One has to be wary about ANY group that runs from the name that fits it best.
Fraud and deceit come to mind.
Like passing something that would not be a tax that IS a tax--"A"HCA.

I would vote for Joe Arpaio for President.
He is down-to-earth and calls them as he sees them.
No bullshit from him.
And oddly--a great many of his incarcerants like him--at a certain level.

I will not discuss American parties as I do not know enough about them. All I can say the the USA is fairly unique in not having many members of congress is call themselves Socialist or Labor.

referring to one's self as either of those two a) renders you nearly unelectable and b) places you outside the party structure which is the infrastructure that aids the business of getting elected. signatures have to be collected, fees to be raised etc etc. Its very difficult to become a candidate as a third party here.

We desperately need a Third Party--and I would suggest that the Tea Party begin to move in the direction of doing just that.

And the Obama people can unmask themselves and commit to the Communist Party of the USA. That is really who they are.

the TEA Party could become viable but I suspect that they wont operate much above the House of Delagates level much as the Libertarians can do no better than state level.

I think they are far more motivated than that--think 2010--and they see the danger the democrats have put the nation in--it's very EXISTENCE is at stake with subversives swarming all over every dept. of govt. in Washington DC.

Obama is a communist. It's just a FACT. Period. His folks all were--every one of them.
Wealth redistribution--i.e--steal from one and give to another to get their votes.
Starts out as "socialism"--always remember--communism is the enforcer of socialism.
Totalitarianism.

Bird-brained teachers saying to students people who talked against GW Bush were arrested.

not arguing their motivation just that they will have difficulty winnng statewide races much less national. but its OK as the influence to push the GOP to the right serves a very valuable purpose.
