thats not where the Jihadis were but if you want to kill all the Afghans that have some appreciation of western culture then fire away. the mountains were what prevented the Ruskies from conquering Afghanistan. bombing is fruitless and man v man is resource heavy.

lots of countries have had the money to buy nuclear weapons, Hussein's Iraq for example. and yet, they never did. don't you think thats odd ? the fact is, lots of countries have tried to buy them, Hussein's Iraq for example, money even changed hands but no delivery ever happened.

lets just say that its not a simple thing to effect a delivery without notice. kind of explains why Iran went to the considerably larger trouble of making their own.
