Obama Digs for Dirt!!

Nobody lied. Paul and you are both right. Here is a definition for "looked at:"
Judges did "look at" voter fraud cases brought before them, but they did not investigate or dig deeply into the evidence to see if fraud may have occurred since, as you have pointed out repeatedly, that was not their job. What judges did to the evidence can be described with words such as:
inspected
attended (to)
considered
set eyes on
What judges did not do thoroughly can be described as:

investigated
studied
probed
researched
No you both lied
Judges looked at the facts
You both are legal morons

WASHINGTON, May 25 - A House committee on Wednesday approved legislation that would strengthen federal oversight of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the mortgage companies.

The bill, approved 65-5 by the House Financial Services Committee, falls short of the Bush administration's proposal to reduce the multibillion-dollar holdings of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Republicans are pushing to rein in the two government-sponsored companies that have been beset by accounting scandals. Efforts by Democrats to reshape the bill generally failed in the Republican-controlled committee.

No you both lied
Judges looked at the facts

You said judges looked at the facts, yet you also claim judges did not investigate the voter fraud suggested by the facts. Did judges do voter fraud investigations or not?

If they did not dig deep into the evidence, they likely missed the evidence of fraud buried as deeply as possible by crooks in an effort to conceal the crime.

The most fraud likely occurred in the voting machines that very few investigators were even allowed to partly examine. Voting machines are clearly vulnerable to fraud and corruption and allowing Democrats to totally control, operate, and restrict access to the machines while taking them at their word that they would never use voting machines to commit fraud is unwise and even un-American, bordering on criminal sedition.

Frank haunted by stance on Fannie, Freddie - The Boston Globe

Falcon sent his report to Frank and other Financial Services Committee members and asked that Fannie and Freddie be required to disclose more about their finances and be subject to tougher oversight. He followed it up with another report in June 2003.

A few months later, the Bush administration said it would try to rein in the enterprises by creating a regulatory authority within the Treasury to oversee them.

The warning signs were compounded by revelations in 2003 and early 2004 that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae had misstated earnings by billions of dollars in an effort to meet growth targets.

But Frank and other Democrats still opposed tighter regulation, Frank most notably in his public statements saying there was nothing wrong with Fannie and Freddie. He and other House Democrats also sent a letter to President George W. Bush in June 2004, saying the proposed crackdown could “weaken affordable housing performance . . . by emphasizing only safety and soundness.’’

You still show no evidence that judges examined the voting machines before Democrats could erase incriminating evidence. Fraud by voting machine was massive, just like it was in Venezuela years earlier with some of the same people providing voting machines in both places.
