Trump wants to cut taxes again, especially for the fatcats that support him. That will cost far more than whatever immigrants cost.
The fact is that the services provided by the government cost more than the taxes paid by the citizens.

Cutting taxes does NOT normally result in increased revenues.
This has only happened on rare occasions, and never since JFK.

The Laffer curve argument used to be called the horse and sparrow theory. The more oats one feeds the front end of a horse, the more comes out of the rear end of the horse for the sparrows to feast upon.
