Democrats continue registering illegal immigrants to vote

Republicans had to sue to get Democrats to release key information in their voting fraud investigations, proving Democrats will fight like hell to stop, hinder, or obstruct voter fraud investigations.

One of the changes Democrats passed in their radical, rushed 2019 session was the mandate for the DMV to automatically register all voters who apply for drivers licenses. What you may not know, is that in Nevada, legal and illegal non-citizens can hold driver’s licenses and identification cards. Thus, unless they do their due diligence, they are prompted to register to vote.

This is by design in Nevada–the first question is “Are you registered to vote?”, while the second question, “Are you a US Citizen?”. Seems like the order should be reversed.

Under subpoena, the DMV finally provided a list of green card holders and non citizens who had obtained driver’s licenses. When we compared this detailed information against the county voter records in Nevada, we discovered that 6,260 non citizens were registered to vote and 3,987 non-citizens HAD VOTED.

You really should not try to answer questions that are out of your league. How did they know the logs were missing? Really? Duh, the logs that were supposed to be there were not there.
Who said the logs existed?
Unless they were witnessed as being there, you cannot say they were missing.

Fact-checking Republican claim of illegal votes in Nevada

  • Republican lawyers identified more than 3,000 people who they say were no longer living in Clark County by the time they cast their ballots.
  • People don’t have to live in Clark County in order to vote there. People who move 30 days before an election can cast a vote in their new state or their old state. A Nevadan who goes to another state for college can also request a ballot.
  • The list produced by Republicans includes addresses for Americans serving overseas in the military.

President Donald Trump’s campaign and Republicans in Nevada are questioning the integrity of the 2020 election, claiming that there "appear" to be thousands of people who voted illegally.

"Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to (U.S. Attorney General Bill) Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud," the Nevada Republican Party tweeted Nov. 5. "We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV."

"In Nevada, there appear to be thousands of individuals who improperly cast mail ballots," Matt Morgan, general counsel for Trump’s reelection campaign, similarly said in a statement Nov. 6.

(The democrat side of the story:)

PolitiFact reached out to Trump’s campaign, a law office representing the campaign, and to the Nevada Republican Party seeking information. We did not hear back.

At this point, the claims are unproven. (What was not said was the unvarnished truth, that the claims had not yet been either proven nor disproven. Fact Checxk on the fact checkers: They fudged the truth in order to promote a lie.

Lawsuit filed against against officials in Nevada, letter sent to Justice Department

A lawsuit filed Nov. 5 against Nevada’s secretary of state and the Clark County registrar of voters alleges that "irregularities have plagued the election in Clark County." Clark County is Nevada’s most populous county, is home to Las Vegas and has the state’s highest number of registered Democrats.

The lawsuit claims that there were "over 3,000 instances of ineligible individuals casting ballots," and that ballots were cast on behalf of deceased voters. It does not include evidence to back those claims. (The evidence should be brought out in court, not detailed or proven in the challenging lawsuit.) The lawsuit, which challenges the county’s use of a machine as a step in signature verification, was filed on behalf of a Nevada resident, candidate committees for two Republicans running for Congress, and another person identified as a credentialed member of the media.

"We are not aware of any improper ballots that are being processed," Clark County Registrar of Voters Joe Gloria said during a press conference Nov. 5. (The official being accused of negligence, incompetency, or fraud denies he was careless, incompetent, or crooked. So what? That should be decided in court, not by leftist Democrat decree. I again fail the fact checkers for assuming innocence on one side and guilt on the other before the case is even heard in court.)

Lawyers for Trump’s campaign sent a
letter to Clark County’s counsel, saying, "We have confirmed that thousands of votes have been cast improperly. Indeed, we have initially identified 3,062 voters who moved from Nevada before the election but still cast ballots in this election." The lawyers said they cross-referenced the list of general election voters with publicly available change of address records. The attorneys sent a similar letter to Barr, the U.S. attorney general. (This amounts to evidence the fact checkers falsely claimed had not been presented. I find the fact checkers lied about this evidence they claimed was not presented.)

However, a mismatch in those records doesn’t necessarily mean that a vote was cast illegally. (Claiming some votes may have been properly cast does not in any way prove thousands of votes were not cast illegitimately. Again, the biased fact checkers should have admitted that and would have done so if they had not been bent and biased.) The ACLU of Nevada said that an American who moved within 30 days before an election has a right to vote in a presidential race in their new state of residence, or may cast a ballot in their previous state of residence, in-person or via absentee ballot. A spokesperson for Nevada Secretary of State Barbara K. Cegavske, a Republican, told PolitiFact that the ACLU statement is accurate and also applies to Nevada.

Trump’s lawyers produced a list of voters who allegedly voted improperly. But Jon Ralston, editor of The Nevada Independent, a nonprofit news organization, noted in a Nov. 6 tweet that the list includes Nevadans in the military who voted absentee. "Many on list sent to the DOJ have these postal codes: AE, AA and AP: Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Americas and Armed Forces Pacific," Ralston said.

The list does not include voters’ names, but does show other identifying information. It includes the city, state, and zip code where one voter moved from, and the city, state, and zip code where the voter moved.

For instance, the first page of the list says that "vote cast record 28" moved from Las Vegas, Nev., and lists as the new city "FPO" and as the new state "AE."

The Defense Department says that "FPO" stands for Fleet Post Office, and is associated with Navy installations and ships. The U.S. Postal Service says that "AE" should be used as the "state" abbreviation for Armed Forces in Europe.

Nevadans who go to college out-of-state and other people who leave the state temporarily can also get a ballot at a new address.

So the list produced by Trump’s lawyers on its own does not prove whether the identified people cast a vote illegally. (Saying a person can get ballots in a way that shows legitimacy does not prove thousands were not cast illegitimately. Fact checker fail again.)

I already posted proof that republicans had to get a court to force Democrats to release documents that proved illegal immigrants voted. Nevada Republicans said they found "at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud. ... Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV."

The GOP lawyers issued a list that they say shows more than 3,000 people who were no longer living in Clark County by the time they cast their ballots. The list alone does not prove a violation of the law.

People who move within 30 days before an election can cast a vote in their new state, or in their prior state of residence, in-person or via absentee ballot. A Nevadan who goes to another state for college can also request a ballot. The list from Trump’s lawyers also included addresses for Americans serving overseas in the military.

The burden of proof is on the speaker making the claim. The information released so far by Trump’s team does not confirm their claim.

We rate the claim False. (Saying the evidence has not yet been proven ignores the fact that this fact check response is being made only 3 days after the election while other Democrats in other states are still fudging and finding additional votes for Biden. Of course the claims are not yet proven because they have not yet been heard in court. Furthermore, just because the claims have not yet been proven does not allow fact checkers to dishonestly claim they have been disproven. Again, I find the fact checkers inexcusably misrepresented the truth.)

Crucial Logs Missing From Michigan County Dominion Voting Machines: Forensics Report

by USNN2020December 14, 2020

A court-sanctioned forensic audit of voting systems in Michigan’s Antrim County determined that crucial security and ballot-adjudication logs were missing from machines by Dominion Voting Systems, the company at the epicenter of the dispute over whether voter fraud occurred during the 2020 general election. The findings are part of a preliminary forensic report (pdf) written by Russell Ramsland, a former Reagan White House official who has worked for NASA and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Kevin Elsenheimer, the chief judge of Michigan’s 13th Circuit Court, approved the report for release to the public on Dec. 14. According to the report, both the ballot-adjudication logs and the security logs for the Nov. 3 general election appear to have been removed; logs for prior elections are still present on the machines. “The adjudication process is the simplest way to manually manipulate votes. The lack of records prevents any form of audit accountability, and their conspicuous absence is extremely suspicious since the files exist for previous years using the same software,” Ramsland wrote. “We must conclude that the 2020 election cycle records have been manually removed.”

The absence of the adjudication logs is particularly alarming because the forensic exam found that the voting machines rejected an extraordinary number of ballots for adjudication, a manual process in which election workers determine the ultimate outcome for each ballot. ...

Michigan Bureau of Elections Director Jonathan Brater, in a court filing, said the report “makes a series of unsupported conclusions, ascribes motives of fraud and obfuscation to processes that are easily explained as routine election procedures or error corrections, and suggests without explanation that elements of election software not used in Michigan are somehow responsible for tabulation or reporting errors that are either nonexistent or easily explained,” the Detroit Free Press reported. Erik Grill, a Michigan assistant attorney general, told the judge on Dec. 14 that Ramsland’s preliminary report was “inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading.” Haider Kazim, an attorney for Antrim County, said the report contained several errors the county believes were based on “faulty assumptions and incorrect assumptions.”

Note: The Democrat objections and claims are unproven.

Ramsland co-founded and manages the Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG), which includes former officials from the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Central Intelligence Agency. The group focuses on cybersecurity and open-source network penetration testing. ASOG examined Dominion products in Antrim County earlier this month as part of a lawsuit stemming from the post-election flipping of roughly 6,000 votes between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden. The plaintiff, William Bailey, disputed the official explanation that the votes were shifted due to human error.

Note: Votes were flipped and Republicans rejected flimsy Democrat claims designed to cover the serious errors that would have added to Biden's vote count if alert witnesses had not caught the 'mistake.' Furthermore, with adjudication logs from 2020 removed and missing, being able to discover such errors in voting machines, whether fraudulent or not, are rendered all but impossible. ...

Security Logs

In addition to missing adjudication logs, the examination found that the systems are missing security logs prior to 11 p.m. on Nov. 4. “This means that all security logs for the day after the election, on Election Day, and prior to Election Day are gone. Security logs are very important to an audit trail, forensics, and for detecting advanced persistent threats and outside attacks, especially on systems with outdated system files,” Ramsland said. “These logs would contain domain controls, authentication failures, error codes, times users logged on and off, network connections to file servers between file accesses, internet connections, times, and data transfers. “Other server logs before November 4, 2020, are present; therefore, there is no reasonable explanation for the security logs to be missing.”

Adjudication logs are there for years except 2020. Now we find that security logs are also missing from 2020. There is no excuse for this major breach of voting security.

Maricopa County ballots from the 2020 general election are examined and recounted by contractors hired by the Arizona Senate in an audit at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix on May 11, 2021. Photo by Michael Meister | The Arizona Republic/pool ...

Powell’s so-called “kraken” lawsuits all failed. In Arizona, U.S. District Court Judge Diane Humetewa dismissed Powell’s suit in December, writing that it was “sorely wanting of relevant or reliable evidence” and that the “allegations they put forth to support their claims of fraud fail in their particularity and plausibility.” [Democrat-friendly judges have refused to take on voting fraud cases for unjust reasons, but the bent judges do not prove their assertions.]

Wake TSI is one of three subcontractors currently working under a Florida cybersecurity company called Cyber Ninjas to conduct a recount and audit of the 2020 general election in Maricopa County, and is specifically tasked with recounting votes for president and U.S. Senate on all 2.1 million ballots cast in the county.

The audit, ordered by Senate President Karen Fann
(Republican), is also examining hundreds of ballot tabulation machines and other equipment used in the election. Auditors have also investigated several far-fetched conspiracy theories, examining ballots for bamboo fibers due to baseless claims that counterfeit ballots from Asia were inserted into the count; using ultraviolet lights to search for nonexistent watermarks on the ballots due to a QAnon conspiracy theory that Trump secretly watermarked some ballots as a fraud detection measure; and using technology purportedly invented by a self-styled treasure hunter that he claims can detect counterfeit ballots by examining folds in the paper. (These rabbit-trail tidbits are thrown in to make the real questions the Republicans ask look silly, which is a deceptive misrepresentation of the truth.)

When Fann, a Republican from Prescott, announced the members of her audit team in late March, she and Cyber Ninjas touted Wake TSI as an experienced company that had conducted “hand-count audits” in Fulton County, Penn., and in New Mexico as part of the 2020 election cycle, and that team members had worked with the FBI as part of a voter fraud investigation in 1994. ...

The report alleged that the audit found errors in scanning ballots; (that is true) ...

Dominion said Fulton County violated its lease agreement by allowing an unaccredited and non-certified company to examine the machines, and refused to allow the county to use the machines for a May 18 municipal election. The county had to pay $25,000 to lease new machines for the election. [Dominion machines have a history of connections to voting fraud, malicious programming, and errors, yet Democrats claim their machines cannot legally be examined after an election plagued by fraud because the leftist Dominion company has patents on their internal workings that gives them total control over who they will allow or disallow to examine their machines. That should be illegal in the US.]

Here is what Republicans found in the Arizona investigation

For those who do not know it Democrats stole the political leadership in Arizona in 2020 and have been lying about and covering up Democrat fraud ever since.

Group led by ‘kraken’ lawyer Sidney Powell hired the firm recounting AZ’s election to probe a PA election

OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

STATE OF Arizona April 6,2022
Six months ago the Arizona Attorney General's Office (the “Office”) received reports sent from the Arizona State Senate concerning its Maricopa County Forensic Election Audit, In addition, the Attorney General's Election Integrity Unit (EIU) has received and is reviewing additional complaints alleging election failures and potential misconduct that occurred in 2020.

Our team of EIU investigators and attorneys has now collectively spent thousands of hours reviewing the Senate’s audit reports and other complaints, conducting interviews, and analyzing Maricopa County's election system and processes. We have reached the conclusion that the 2020 election in Maricopa County revealed serious vulnerabilities that must be addressed and raises questions about the 2020 election in Arizona.
As our state’s chief law enforcement officer, I am very concerned by any potential vulnerabilities in our state’s election systems, including those that the audit and other complaints have alleged. The EIU’s review has uncovered instances of election fraud by individuals who have been or will be prosecuted for various election crimes. The EIU’s review is ongoing and we are therefore limited in what we can disclose about specific criminal and civil investigations. Thus, this interim report will focus on what our office can presently share and the current status of our review. ...
I. Document Preservation & Production Issues

Our ongoing review of the Senate’s audit reports requires that we carefully assess the Maricopa County election system and processes. Maricopa County has not always timely and fully responded to our requests for records, necessitating follow-up correspondence or additional requests. The most recent response from Maricopa County came just yesterday. Similar to the manner in which it responded to the Senate subpoena, Maricopa County occasionally chose a combative and/or litigious approach to providing requested information rather than assuming a posture of transparency.” Because we do not have civil subpoena authority, this has necessarily delayed the EIU in investigating all issues. ...

i claimed there was one in arizona, *****.
do you deny that? you've quoted from it, so feel free to deny it happened. lol
Yes, there was an investigation and it found flaws that were either accidental or intentional. If intentional the mistakes prove fraud.

Clear evidence of fraud, corruption, and obstruction.

Arizona State Senate May 12, 2021 Maricopa Board of Supervisors c/o Chairman Jack Sellers 301 West Jefferson Street, #10 Phoenix, Arizona 85003

Dear Chairman Sellers: I am writing to seek your assistance and cooperation in the resolution of three (3) serious issues that have arisen in the course of the Senate’s ongoing audit of the returns of the November 3, 2020 general election in Maricopa County. I. Ongoing Non-Compliance with the Legislative Subpoenas The first issue concerns Maricopa County’s apparent intent to renege on its previous commitment to comply fully with the legislative subpoenas issued on January 13, 2021, which, as you know, Judge Thomason found were valid and enforceable. To date, attorneys for Maricopa County have refused to produce virtual images of routers used in connection with the general election, relying on a conclusory and unsupported assertion that providing the routers would somehow “endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.” If true, the fact that Maricopa County stores on its routers substantial quantities of citizens’ and employees’ highly sensitive personal information is an alarming indictment of the County’s lax data security practices, rather than of the legislative subpoenas.
