When cops investigate white collar crimes they examine evidence that seems to suggest the crimes were committed. They do not wait for the evidence to be presented and proven in court before they begin their investigations. Congress is investigating evidence that seems to indicate that the Biden family has been benefitting financially from crooked deals with corrupt mobsters.
