No. Lots of crooks and thugs have created 'noble' organizations purporting to address 'noble' causes when the real reason behind the creation of these charitable groups is for organizers to suck up cash to spend on themselves. Look at all the quacks soliciting donations from rubes by promising to cure the weather.
