This statement strikes me as a bit off. Practically since we first started talking, you have led me to believe you were male. Is there any particular reason for the deception?

Sure you're not confusing that Sep with Coyote?


I've perceived no deception as to her gender in regards to her postings in this thread. In fact, outside of that statement you're referring to, she's made no mention I've seen as to her gender period...So it would help if you'd show a post of her's that implies her as being a male?

As such too, I'd have to take into consideration as to who the author was during the use of the Coyote ID when you thought her to be a male...Cause her brother Segep has stated previously, that he sometimes uses her ID when she's not using it...For whatever reason, I'm not sure...But that could be a possibility as to your confusion/assumption that Coyote herself was male? That previously you talked to her brother, now you're talking to her?

Just my 2 cents worth on the inquiry...Which doesn't imply deception on her part either way...

As it is, I personally can't say for sure what gender anyone here is by their responses. Unless the poster themselves states they are male-female directly, if another poster responds to another poster using him/her/he/she, or any gender information that's in the poster's profile...Pretty much, it's a guessing game unless it's made blatently obvious by posters/other posters as to the gender they are. LOL!

Then they have the same writing patterns and move in and out of conversations seamlessly. That statement was part of a very long conversation (days) I had been having with coyote.

It doesn't surprise me...I know that in regards to when my hubby and I are using the computer, we engage in shared conversations on boards we frequent together...And on the occassions that one of us doesn't sign off, or forget the other is logged in? It can cause a bit of confusion for readers we're engaged in during a conversation...Simply cause we do share alot of the same ideologies as well as over the years developing alot of similar speaking/writing habits. Among other shared habits developed over the years of being together. LOL!

As it is though...Rather then assume there's deception on Coyote's part, just accept the fact that Segep uses her ID when he can and just ask next time which one you're talking to.

Yes, it's a pain and time consuming. But then it'll save alot of unintentional hard feelings in the future by claiming 'deception' on anyone's part simply for posting in response.

I truely think you have me confused with Segep - I am female, always have been. Coyote is a popular name (and a popular character). Look at my postings elsewhere - Coyote on SFA and Coyote/Aussiedawgs on Perspectives - I am not the same as he, though we are liberal. I am Coyote in a few other places I rarely post on.

I think I've said, several times that I am female....not sure how to prove we are different. Maybe one of the mods can check our IP's and let you know we are different. I am out of WV. Segep is out of CA.

This really funny - I didn't think we are that similar in writing styles:D
