Most countries have become more and more socialist in the last hundred years

None have taken it far enough but the move to the left has massively benefited more people on earth than all capitalist ideologies combined

In fact capitalism is about ensuring a small number of people have most of what is available at the huge expense of the masses

Left unchecked it has been as bad for the human species as religion which was also invented to enrich the few at the cost of the many

Free schooling is a socialist policy that most people on this board have benefitted from like billions in the world

Equal rights and workers rights have benefitted billions too including the lunatics posting on this board

There is a huge difference between a country with social programs and a socialist country.
We all like the free (sort of) programs but few would like to live under a full socialist regime.

Ever work beside a slacker who made the same wage as yourself while producing half as much as yourself?

There is enough resource in the world for everyone to have a good life

And yet some people have unspendable wealth whilst a billion people go hungry

This is a shameful situation and what is truly vomit inducing is the fact that the most glutonous nation on earth goes round saying it is a Christian country

But then Christians are mad and hypocritical
