The Broward County Sheriff's Dept. had been to Cruz's home for disturbances 39 times, once for putting a gun to his mother's head.

That would be assault with a deadly weapon ... a felony charge.

If Cruz had been arrested for that or anything else on any of the other numerous occasions the Sheriff's Dept. dealt with him, either at his home or school, it most likely would have prevented Cruz from purchasing the weapon he used at MSD high school.

Cruz was never arrested because the fewer juveniles the BCSO arrested the more federal moneys Obama and Eric Holder gave the County via the PROMISE Program in the form of federal grants.

There is no denying, in a logical world of course, that Obama's PROMISE Program was directly related to Cruz being enabled to do what he did.

It had nothing to do with gun control, nothing to do with the 2nd Amendment and nothing to do with the NRA.

The death of the children at MSD high school is because of Obama and Holder's racist policies.

So, after all this time you still play the fool. In reality, the Broward County Sheriff could have arrested Cruz at any time following his expulsion from the school, or after the time he turned 18:

But, there is nothing you are saying that White Racists like the KKK, or White Supremacists, have not said for 250 years. Now, one of the reasons so many Black men are in jail is that they cannot afford the cash bail required for them to get out. Another reason is they are more likely to be charged with a crime for the same offense that a White man would get off for. Then you have the difference process in the use of meth, and powdered cocaine.

Seriously? You really think our justice system is unbiased, and that the sole reason blacks are disproportionately represented in prison is that they commit more crimes?

Even if that were true, the Promise program is not what you seem to think it is, and Cruz is not black.

You're going out of your way to blame a shooting on "B Hussain Obama" and why? Is it because his middle name sounds vaguely Muslim? I it because he's half black himself?

I have a working hypothesis that much of the racial hatred we're seeing bubble to the surface recently is due to the US not having been ready for a black president. I'd like to be proven wrong, but it's looking more and more like my hypothesis is correct.
