That's all very interesting and Rush would agree with your summation but it has little to do with our overall discussion? As tragic as the Parkland shooting was it has little bearing on the myriad other shootings that take place yearly in your country and will continue to tqake place in your country. I know you are probably frustrated at certain schemes which you would assume "racist" or "liberal" or "pansy-assed" or whatever terminology is fed to you. The unfortunate truth is that violence is on the rise and attempting to break the cycle is surely the challenge. You've undoubtly heard Rush's and indeeed the lady from Fox giving their views on the subject however, they have an audience to feed and earn their money from that sector of society tuned into their thought processes. Its easy to knock something down which they are very astute at doing they are bot so good at enlightening their audiences as to the nuances of what is trying to be achieved...breaking the cycle of violence and recidivism within certain communities. Its exactly the same situation here.
Whilst you may not understand the overarching principles that those "do-gooders" are trying to achieve surely you must appreciate the issues within your society, and wish...hope...expect that future generations will not have to suffer the same levels and types of craime and vilolence? Your "who cares" point of view is not that of people who are sick of it. The grubby little oiks in schools are becoming aware that they may...just may have a say in doing something about it.
If your default position is that PROMISE is a racist policy of some fag muslim president then....well...so be it.
ditto....
