Not quite true.....We are 3 or 4 days away from passing the hc bill.
That's a big change for the better. ( & probably the final nail in the GOP coffin)

Don't bother these cons with reality checks, Mr Shaman, reality is something they seldom come into contact with. When you have ideology, why bother to compare it to reality? Their deepest fear is that Americans will try Universal Health Care, like it, and become a Democratic nation.

Shhhh....Let's not clue them in...but this nation has become a Democratic nation (or at least anti-GOP) since 2006 when we first started to throw the bums out of Washington. (They think they have lost this country because they haven't been Nasty enough!!)

By next years mid-term election.....After a year of seeing the benefits of the hc bill (which will be passed within days now) & realizing that it represents over a trillion dollars in deficit reduction (according to CBO figures released today)...The American people will remember who helped them out by starting hc reform in this country, & who fought tooth & nail against their interests to protect the insurance industry & big pharma.
GOP types will be even more scarce after next November's election than they are now....& Obama's courageous leadership (albeit admittedly late) will guarantee him being President for the next 7 years.
Add to that.... ending our involvement in counter-productive & economically disastrous GOP wars in the ME & Voila!
