You make a good point. A homeowner may value his own property much more than others are willing to pay but that is not a crime, even if someone buys the property at more than it is worth. Democrats misstated Biden's value and tens of millions of Americans now know they have been shafted because Biden is nowhere near the value the Democrats claimed he would be.
