From your point of view, it is unknowable whether I exist. From mine, it is unknowable whether you do. "I think, therefore I am" only works for oneself, after all. I know that my soul exists, as it is what controls the body god made for me to use in this life. Were there no soul, the body would not be animated, i.e., possessed of a soul.
What is it that animates the body, or gives it life, one only has to look up the root of the word "animate."
So, no, I can't prove to you that you and I have a soul any more than you can prove to me that you exist. The preponderance of the evidence, however, shows that you do exist, and that you have a soul that animates your body, just as I do.
You can accept that as proof or not. If not, and you still believe that when you die you cease to exist, I'll add you to my list of people to text in the next life with an "I told you so" message.
