Two years have gone by, and elections officials have still not been held accountable for destroying key voting records that were required by law for the purpose of validating questionable ballots. Tens of thousands of ballots cannot now be validated because elections officials illegally destroyed the voting machine photos and tabulations that may have contained proof of their validation. Without the voting machine tabulations and images there is no way elections officials can prove the questionable ballots were not fraudulent, thus rendering the entire reported vote totals unreliable.

However, if the photos of the voting machine where that election worker allegedly committed fraud were destroyed before the investigation, then it is impossible for investigators to prove the machine recorded duplicate votes, and the election worker, although a crook if he or she did what she was accused of, will be free from criminal prosecution for lack of evidence.

I think you must not be aware of the evidence of large volumes of shredded ballots at some election centers in Georgia. Those ballots were shredded after the count was complete. If those shredded ballots were illegitimate and yet included in the total count and shredded afterward, then the election officials were not only guilty of election fraud but also of destroying evidence of their crime.
