What Happened in Georgia

In Georgia, where Biden’s margin of victory was less than 11,779 votes, illegal ballots were cast by, or in the name of: (a) more than 2,500 felons; (b) 66,247 underage voters; (c) 2,423 unregistered voters; (d) 4,926 individuals who had failed to register prior to the state’s voter-registration deadline; (e) 395 individuals who voted in Georgia and one additional state; (f) 40,279 people who had moved across county lines in Georgia without re-registering in their new county of residence; (g) 30,000 to 40,000 people whose absentee ballots lacked a valid, verifiable signature; (h) 20,311 voters who had moved out of state and thus were no longer eligible to vote in Georgia; (i) 10,315 people who were dead; and (j) at least 1,043 individuals whose voter registrations claimed postal facilities as their home address and disguised their box numbers as “apartment” numbers. Almost all of the people in this latter category were absentee voters who cast their ballots early.

More than 300,000 Georgia residents who, in violation of state law, had applied for absentee ballots more than 180 days prior to the Election Day, were permitted to vote.

Some 10,000 mail-in ballots were accepted up to 3 days after Election Day.

Nine individuals at various recount sites in Georgia issued sworn affidavits stating that they had seen large numbers of uncreased mail-in ballots – meaning that the ballots had not been folded and mailed in an envelope as required by law — almost all cast for Biden. As longtime poll manager Susan Voyles wrote in her affidavit: “It was pristine. There was a difference in the texture of the paper … There were no markings on the ballots to show where they had come from, or where they had been processed. I observed that the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot marking device. By my estimate in observing these ballots, approximately 98% constituted votes for Joseph Biden.”

Trial lawyer Carlos Silva, who was a Republican poll challenger on Election Day, said in an affidavit that he saw DeKalb County election officials pull out many hundreds of ballots, all of which had an unusually perfectly formed black circle, or bubble, filled in for Joe Biden. “I was able to observe the perfect bubble for a few minutes before they made me move away from the table,” he said. “At no time did I speak to the poll workers or obstruct them in any way. I heard them go through the stack and call out Biden’s name over 500 times in a row.”

At least 96,600 absentee ballots in Georgia were requested and counted but were never recorded as having been returned by the voter to county election boards.

In a major Fulton County, Georgia polling place — the State Farm Arena — surveillance cameras captured perhaps the most graphic video evidence of election fraud ever recorded. At about 10:30 PM on Election Night, poll workers and election observers were told that because of a water-main break inside the building, they were to go home for the night and not return until 8:30 the following morning, at which time all vote-counting – which was purportedly being suspended for the overnight hours — would resume. By approximately 10:50 p.m., everyone had left the facility except four Democrat poll workers who stayed behind. As soon as everyone else had gone home, these four individuals promptly pulled four large, wheeled cases out from under a long table whose floor-length black tablecloth had theretofore concealed them. The cases were filled with approximately 6,000 ballots apiece, and the four remaining poll workers proceeded to count them until about 1:00 a.m. – with no Republican observers on hand. Moreover, it was later confirmed that there had not been any water-main break in the building; that was a concocted excuse designed to create a pretext for removing non-Democrat poll workers.

Agreement by all parties on a detailed plan for maintaining the secrecy and security of absentee ballots cast in Fulton County Georgia has seen the Fulton County Superior Court on April 13 give the go-ahead for the images of some 140000 to 1500000 absentee ballot papers in Fulton County to be produced within 5 days for examination by two experts nominated by the Petitioners in proceedings commenced under Civil Action 2020CV343938 (“Civil Action”).

Question of whether or not to unseal the actual paper ballots

The experts together have about 40 years’ experience in forensic documents analysis. They will be helped by 45 other persons nominated by the Petitioners. It has been made clear to the Court that the experts will be looking to ascertain how many – if any - counterfeit ballots were counted. The Judge is taking on advisement the question of whether or not to unseal the actual paper ballots – but as an intermediate or threshold step ordered that date-stamped images be provided to the Petitioners for inspection. The hearing has been adjourned for 30 days to allow the inspection process to be undertaken. Claims made by six hand count auditors in the Civil Action allege they had observed:

three boxes containing I00% Biden ballots and three boxes containing 98% + Biden ballots

ballots that were not marked with a writing instrument but appeared to be marked with toner

ballots that were different in the stock or paper used to other ballot papers

ballots that were not creased

nine unsecured ballot bags

Additionally it was claimed that an Open Records Request to inspect the ballots while in the custody of the Fulton County Elections Board was not responded to in accordance with but contrary to state law.

Fulton County had achieved national prominence

Particular interest should center on the inspection of votes counted at or about 1:34 a.m. on November 4, 2020 when Biden received 136,155 votes to Trump’s 29115 votes - eroding Trump's then lead. Evidence was also presented that similar occurrences had occurred in:

Michigan at or about 5:31 a.m. on November 4, 2020 – Biden 141258 votes to Trump’s 5968 votes and

Wisconsin at or about 3:42 a.m. on November 4, 2020 – Biden 142379 votes to Trump’s 25163 votes

Fulton County had achieved national prominence following the emergence of a video on December 3, 2020 alleging electoral fraud had occurred in the State Farms Arena polling booth located in Fulton County - which was promptly debunked by State election officials the next day. On December 30, 2020 Georgia’s Senate Election Law Study Subcommittee and the Senate Judiciary Committee (Committee) unanimously passed a motion to conduct a forensic audit of absentee ballot papers in Fulton County after hearing evidence that two different ballot papers had allegedly been used in Fulton County with the following differing distinguishing features:

What does "lost every case mean? What case was lost that challenged tens of thousands of illegitimate names on voter rolls, for example? What case proved Dominion machines were never connected to the internet? What case proved mismatches signatures on mail-in ballots did not matter? And what about voters voting more than once and voters who voted from more than one state? What judge ruled that no dead people voted? What judge ruled that no illegals or felons voted?

Judges cannot disprove the mountain of voter fraud evidence that still exists unrefuted.

I'm afraid that quite a few Republican officials were deceived by or actively participated in the wicked seditious voting fraud that removed President Trump from office.

I suspect it may no longer be possible to conclusively prove or disprove 2020 voter fraud given so much evidence has been destroyed.
For example, voting machines were erased of data after the election so the machines can no longer be proven to not have committed fraud or to have committed fraud.

I did not take cases to court so I could not have lost court cases. Furthermore, just because a small percentage of the total number of fraud evidences were presented in court does not mean that any of the cases, whether presented in court or not, were judged to be evidence that no massive fraud occurred.
