Implementation of Obamacare

For thousands, keeping your old health insurance policy isn’t an option

WASHINGTON — Health insurance companies are sending notices of cancellation to hundreds of thousands of people who buy their own coverage, frustrating some consumers who want to keep what they have and forcing others to buy more expensive policies.

Insurers say the cancellations are necessary because the policies fall short of what the Affordable Care Act requires starting Jan. 1. Most are ending policies sold after the law passed in March 2010. At least a few are canceling plans sold to people with pre-existing medical conditions.

I decided to re-enter the job force this year. The job prospects are just as bad as they were 10 years ago when it made sense for me to quit. I found no full time jobs in my field. in fact I found few full time jobs at all. I am presently working two part time jobs. My hope is to demonstrate that 1. I am employable and 2. that I am management material. By being in the Manager Training Program at McDonalds (thats one of my part time jobs) I hope to accomplish those goals. Soon I should be able to apply for management positions that are not at a fast food place. Will there be any full time jobs?

Not if Obama can help it ......

If your a good employee and are management material, you should be okay. I had a temporary part time job at a retail store and in six months I was the manager of my department and full time.

This was something new for me too... I had always worked in Accounting. I was just burned out. I actually did a lot of temp work when my kids were younger. I didn't want to get locked into permanent work and jump around. I did have one assignment that turned into two years. The company sold the business and the new owners consolidated three buildings into one. Out of about 15 permanent full time employees, I was the only accounting person left and I was still on the temp agencies payroll. They were shocked when they figured that one out. :p

I see on Druge that BO is calling on tech whiz kids to come make obamacare work. I find it disturbing to think that he belueves the issues are a few tweaks that some clever kid can do. This system is rotton to the core and there is no fixing it only replacing it. How does he not know this ?

Even the media are reporting that this needs to be a total rewrite. His call for help is admission of total failure. He does not normally like to be seen as stupid and incompetant but now hes wearing that with pride. Major laughing stock.

You can't embarrass a narcissist. You can only make them angrier.

This needs to be scrapped and bring in the Amazon people. Amazon handles 20 million transactions a day and tracks millions if not billions of inventory, vendors, shippers, customers etc.

Funny how the free market works beautifully when left alone, and the smartest people in government can't even screw in a light bulb by themselves.

Common sense has never been a strong point for wacko leftist .....

Canada Has Death Panels

And that’s a good thing.

A woman holds the hand of her mother, who is dying from cancer, during her final hours at a palliative care hospital in Winnipeg on July 24, 2010. In the neighboring province of Ontario, a tribunal, rather than a patient's family or doctors, can make final health care decisions.

See Slate's complete coverage of Obamacare. David Auerbach explains what's gone wrong with healthcare.gov, and David Weigel explains why Republicans are calling for Kathleen Sebelius to be fired.

Last week Canada’s Supreme Court ruled that doctors could not unilaterally ignore a Toronto family’s decision to keep their near-dead husband and father on life support. In the same breath, however, the court also confirmed that, under the laws of Ontario, Canada’s most populous province, a group of government-appointed adjudicators could yet overrule the family’s choice. That tribunal, not the family or the doctors, has the ultimate power to pull the plug.

In other words: Canada has death panels.

AND SO WILL OBAMACARE!!!

Yes obamacare will have panels much like those in Canada. But make no mistake about it our gov has already had death panels for a few years now which operate more indirectly. Instead of a panel that evaluates each case the panels make broad decisions about how certain diseases should be approached. So one particular woman with breast cancer may not have her case evaluated but an evaluation will be made about the "best" treatment for breast cancer and that evaluation will be used to make decisions about her care. Your doctor still makes decisions on an individual basis but the whole system is designed to push his decisions along the proscribed path.

It's going to be a lot worse with Obamacare. Remember Rahm Emanuel's brother? He wrote the "complete lives system", which I'm sure has been integrated into Obamacare.

Dr. Emanuel makes a clear choice: "When implemented, the complete lives system produces a priority curve on which individuals aged roughly 15 and 40 years get the most substantial chance, whereas the youngest and oldest people get changes that are attenuated

He doesn't believe in the hippocratic oath.

Report: Judge Refuses to Dismiss Lawsuit That Could ‘Fatally Cripple’ Obamacare

A federal judge on Tuesday declined to dismiss a lawsuit that could “fatally cripple” Obamacare, the Daily Mail reports.

A group of small businesses have reportedly filed a lawsuit claiming that the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, prevents the federal government from enforcing the federal law, as passed by Congress, in any state that chooses not to set up its own health care exchange. However, there seems to be another provision that could provide the feds a way around that.

A total of 36 states chose to opt out of the exchanges.

Maybe there is still hope that this horrific law can be over turned!

It is important to pay attention to the story above. This ruling may in deed be the undoing of Obama's unConstitutional ACA!

Mean while, check out this video below ..... you can't make this stuff up ..... unless your covering a Marxist POS president who specializes in propaganda!!!!

Conspiracy Theorist Contends 'Obama’s Fainting Lady was Faked'

How much do some distrust Obama? Enough for at least one person to suggest that the woman who fainted behind the president at his Obamacare speech earlier in the week was part of a White House gag:
