ObamaCare sign-up numbers begin to emerge, show slow start amid website problems
Elusive estimates of how many people actually were able to sign up for ObamaCare since enrollment launched more than two weeks ago are finally starting to emerge -- and, as expected, show a slow start amid widespread problems with the main federal website.
The federal government has not yet released its own enrollment figures. But private firms and analysts have taken a crack at it.
One private-sector analysis showed that, during the first week, less than 1 percent of those who entered the registration area actually enrolled.

The deputy chief information officer at the lead Obamacare agency said at an insurance-industry meeting in March that he was “pretty nervous” about the exchanges being ready by Oct. 1.
Henry Chao added to his concerns: “Let’s just make sure it’s not a third-world experience.”
Chao’s colleague Gary Cohen noted at the same event: “Everyone recognizes that day one will not be perfect.”

I heard it cost around $650 million to launch Obamacare.
Another ACA nightmare I heard on tv tonight; a woman was finally able to set up an account and was shopping for which policy she wanted for her family. She found one, the bronze plan that carries a 40% co-pay, and premiums that run about $6000 a year. Her real shock was the $12,700 out of pocket. So in order for her to get the insurance, she would be out $18,700 a year before the insurance would even kick in. She can't afford it.
So it looks like Obama lied...
She can't keep the insurance she had,
she isn't going to save $2,5oo a year,
and on the government exchange,
she can't keep her doctor.
Nice going Democrats, hope your proud of what you've done to the country and it's citizens. I hope they make you pay dearly at the next election, and the one after that, and the one after that.

Premiums for young healthy people will jump in 45 states under Obamacare
Young people in 45 states will see their health insurance premiums increase under Obamacare because the law relies on the money they pay into the system to offset the cost of caring for older enrollees, according to a new study.
Virginia leads the pack, as individuals aged 27 and under will see their health insurance premiums jump by 252.5 percent -- $416.55 -- according to the Heritage Foundation's Center for Data Analysis.
Virginians under the age of 50 will see their premiums jump by an even greater percentage, rising from $228 to $991.03.

I don't know. You've watched those hearings. They are just dog and pony shows. The R's ask a question, the witness gives some BS answer and then a D tells the witness, it's okay, the R's are just a bunch of bullies.
They never move the ball. It's like watching a football game where the ball never gets passed the 50 yard line.

It's because the R's are now a leftists party, left of center ... where the D's use to be. Today, the D's under Comrade Obama are so far left of center, they are where communism and fascism are on the scale of left to right.
Who needs to hold the House and the Senate when you have a one party system?
The R's are on board with the D's. It is all a dog and pony show as to not show to much of their agenda too quickly and send the US spiraling into a revolution.
