the justice system is not there to provide sex change surgies for felons and illegal. Cop arrest you the judge sentences you and the prison keep you in it that is the main 3 parts it has nothin gto do with sex changes for sake of all thatv logical what the hell is wrong with you .

nope your wrong we have so many people in jail because of our culture of thugs and bad boy .

Gangs in prison are not the same as street gangs.
Prisoners join prison gangs for self-protection. In some prisons, joining a gang cannot be avoided.

Street gang are groups of men and boys who join to commit crimes.

I doubt that most gangs are either Black or Latinos. It's not like anyone takes a census of gangs.

JAIL is where suspects are sent, pending investigation and/or trial.
PRISON is where convicted felons are sent.
