CNBC anchor obliterates Elizabeth Warren in debate over Harris' price control plan: 'Those are fallacious and misleading'
Joe Kernen of CNBC schooled Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts on the history of price controls in a debate about the economic policies of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris. ...
"Yes, why would you propose a flawed idea when the real problem, if you really want to help the middle class, if you really sincerely want to help people having trouble at the grocery store, it's not price gouging? That's the issue," Kernen said. ...
Warren said that prices had gone awry during the pandemic for many different reasons but focused on corporate greed as the target of her ire. She argued that corporations took advantage of the pandemic to gouge Americans by hiking up prices far beyond their rising costs.

"Senator, that's sophistry," replied Kernen. "Can I tell you why those are fallacious and misleading at best?"

He countered that the example she gave was misleading because it essentially came down to an accounting anomaly and not evidence for price gouging. Warren interrupted Kernen, and he jabbed at her for trying to railroad him. ...
He went on later in the interview to accuse the administration of trying to find a scapegoat for the inflationary consequences of the Biden administration. ...

Too bad. The pandemic affected things for years, it's still relevant
Democrats did a great deal of damage to the US economy with their dummass covid mandates, but that is not the main reason the economy is tanking. The US credit rating was lowered under Obama and again under Biden due to out of control pork spending with no workable plan for repaying the skyrocketing debt.

Democrats will deceitfully or stupidly claim until their gasping last breath that Trump gave us covid and that covid, not excessive out of control democrat spending, is now and will forever in the future be responsible for the skyrocketing debt and subsequent loss American freedoms and wealth.

The Democratic Party has changed and race is their key! People will always feel degraded because they make them feel that way but clearly being used! Some see it! Not sure if enough do!

KAMALA HARRIS'S DANGEROUS AGENDA
Border Czar Kamala Harris opened the southern border to illegal alien criminals and deadly fentanyl, and as vice president, was the tie-breaking vote for far-left spending bills that raised taxes and sent prices skyrocketing for families across the country. While Harris has tried to rewrite history on her extreme record, she can’t hide from her promises to set murderers free, dismantle America’s border security, raise costs with massive spending bills, bring back the Green New Deal Scam, eliminate private health insurance, and more.
