This country is founded on the Constitution, it's our most important document. You speak of it like it gets in the way.
How many citizens, innocent civilians, has the US killed throughout the world ? I trust it comes to a lot more than 9/11.
the Constitution is a wonderful thing. but we don't need to maintain it daily, it's self sufficient. that's the whole point of the thing.
the US hasn't killed innocents as much as you think. if you do some research you can easily find that.
you understand, of course, that Afghan farmers are also warriors, right?
and AQ hide in safe houses occupied by civilians who are forced by gunpoint to allow them to be there, right?
and the numbers from Baghdad Bob are inflated, right?
and the kid on a bike that plants an IED isn't really an... innocent... right?
