Should parents smoke around children?

I know. The rights of others mean nothing to your kind, and never have. You have the right to smoke on your property, period. Not on mine, or on Public property.

As to positive, and negative, rights, positive rights are grounded in "consensual" arrangements. Since we live in a society, not little conclaves of individuals, if you want to remain in that society, and receive the benefits that society provides, you either accept it, or you leave. There is no place in the Constitution that guarantees you roads to drive on, water to quench your thirst, electrical power, and the list goes on. Those are all positive rights granted by society, and paid for by society, not any one individual.
Only problem is we are governed by the constitution not your construct.

We are "governed" by many factors such as morals, courtesy, respect, State Laws, Agency Laws, and the list goes on. Simply because you have no understanding of the concept does not make it invalid.

Then too, you are a low IQ Trumpkin.

State laws matter because the constitution says they do but these matters are beyond those who do not understand the constitution as you continually demostrate.

Actually, it is the reverse, but never expect a fool to understand. The States ratified the Federal Constitution, and without it there would be no Constitution. In other words, the States, and the People, created the federal government, and gave it permission to exist. If you ever get the chance to actually read it, it is titled (that is the name of the document) THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES not the Constitution of the Federal Government.

Actually, you are making it quite clear that the rights of others mean nothing to you...you are willing to invent rights for yourself in an effort to deny others their natural rights...and so it goes with socialists.

And again you have to lie, and demonstrate your own ignorance, as usual. Are you seriously saying you have the right to do as you please on MY property, or on public property? In other words, you do not believe in the Castle Doctrine, or even "Stand Your Ground" laws, when it is applied to others.

Nothing new about your lack of concern for the rights of others.

it should be done on children's place as an adult they should know that smoking in front of children's is not good to their health considering that they may have lung problems in the future. We must take actions into it .
