There are many that wear a badge that think of themselves as "One of the Kings men"
They often act outside of the law and some have been brutal to civilians.
I saw a lot of cocky types in the DEA. The montra is...a few make the many look bad.
For the most part this is true, but the many will not intervien on the few. Because you may need
back up one day. And one of the "few" may be all that's around. And then you're screwed.
Look at the second cop in the background of this video. Think he did anything to help the young girl?
Think the young girl deserved THAT level of force? Yup she was drunk and resisting. The cop was found guilty of excessive force. The other cop got nothing. There is a Kings men / peasent mentallity.

broken cheek ? would not have guessed that from the video. concussion has a rather broad interpretation.
