To enter any country, a person needs a passport. And Israel does not allow the PLO to issue passports to Palestinians. So they cannot visit outside Gaza without Israeli permission. So Gazans are imprisoned in Gaza by Israel and have been for over 60 years. You are simply ignorant of the facts.
