Mandela once said that "a nation should not be judged by how it treats its wealthiest citizens, but how treats its poorest citizens. " To those who do not have money to bribe a judge or give a bribe to a policeman. Those who do not have contacts to be released by a public prosecutor and always end up behind bars. To those who are tortured when questioning. Those who are unclothed at the time of apprehension. To those who are falsely identified and end just in jail. Demonstrating that the rule of law remains only as a rhetoric and it isn’t a reality for millions of Mexicans’ aspiration.


All those who have no voice and no prominent advocates or lawyers or qualified enough knowledge about their case. Those Mexicans, the Senate just give them a lunge. A slap. A bad law full of good intentions will not solve many of the problems that explain why 98 percent of crimes are not solved. Why 75 percent of crimes are not reported, why 82 percent of judgments are damning. Why Mexico is a country of rampant impunity, lancinating crime, incompetent cops , of defendants unjustly treated..

To all citizens who have these figures, the senators just give them a National Code of Criminal Procedure that should be celebrated because it institutionalizes the way of oral trials. It should be praised because judgments inject transparency and force judges to be present in them. But it also contains serious deficiencies that should have been corrected before the Senate approved the steamed Code, regardless of public opinion , behind the scenes that energy reform and political reform were approved

Because the new code contains a successful criminal prosecution law, but a faulty law to research crime. Because it involves innovative provisions for judges but leaves police without any regulation. And if the House of Representatives does not correct what the Senate has approved so hastily, we will continue to experience little research and a lot of ineptitude. Poor ability to interview suspects and propensity to invoke many false witnesses. A code that doesn’t determine not clear enough how should be the eyewitness identification. That does not explain how to interview suspects and detainees. That does not say how it would be possible to expedite reporting the crime. That does not prescribe how to promote transparency of the judicial process, because is silent on the videotaping of police interrogations and prohibit television coverage of trials.

What the senate has made [/ B] is to leave outside the codes of behavior for the police, that exist in all functional democracies. And so we will continue if the deputies do not take into account the reported objections to the Code . If they do not modify certain articles to instruct the police on how to apprehend , How question . How videotape . As you are aware, dear readers, because we’ve reviewed enough in this space, that such #Barry_Obama President of the United States, isn’t one of our favorites.


And if we do not like him, it has nothing to do with his skin color, religion, origin, or status, It is only related to his ineptitude.


Leaving aside that he is good for speeches, and rethorics, Mr @BarackObama has been a bad President and a worst international leader: He do not understand economy, as he do not understand the World, and for that reason, the United States’ diplomatic relationships are a disaster


Besides Mr. @BarackOBama is divisive and bully. His General Attorney, , Eric Holder, has broken all laws, even those that protect citizens’ privacy,, and freedom of speech and also another ones that are related with the guns market


Holder has been, with @BarackObama support, who has hidden “#Fast_And_Furious Operation", who is been charged with contempt by the U.S. Congress,, who has furnished weapons to drugtraffickers in Mexico, in Exchange of information to fight another drug dealers ( And this has been shown in U: S: Courts).

@BarackObama has failed in job creation, in boosting economical growth, just in the middle of a huge recession, threatening to rise taxes for private enterprises (the U_S_ Congress stopped him) breaking the U_S_ Constitution, abusing his Executive Powers and bypassing the legislative Power to sign predatory decrees .


As he used week in his youth (acknowledged by himself) he has supported its legalization in the U. S., supporting drug traffickers.

But the worst thing he has done, due his International ignorance is to waste his South border partner, even IN ITS LAST VISIT.

As the WashingtonPost said yerterday: @BarackObama spent more time playing golf than caring for their southern border neighbor.

This guy has no idea of what means to have relations with us.

His interest are Basketball, Ophra and more or less, to play golf

He’s populist, demagogue, imperialist, frivolous and unaccountable

That is why he ‘s so heavy burden for us, it`s like carrying a gray donkey, but we don’t mean that due he is and afroamerican, but because of his racism: He discriminates Mexicans ( And all Spanish speaking people) and he hasn’t fulfilled any serious and significant promisses , like the migratory reform.

There is a large mistreatment, but what should worry us is his absolute contempt to make an Alliance with Mexico for the benefit of both countries.

Along with Canada, Mexico should be the nearest country, establishing a closer Communication , with a greater cooperation and help

Obama does not even acknowledge: the First Lady was in the exclusive area of ski slopes in Aspen with their two daughters, as a couple of a prosperous merchant, and he spends more time on his hobbies and interests than in forging good diplomatic relations with Mexico

Glad he came , but still better than he’s already gone!

And if you play golf, you better not come back!

And if he is only goiing to play golf, it’s better he won’t come again!
