Airlines flying to the U.S. are legally bound to compare the names of would-be passengers with the names on this list and any time a person’s name is found on this list the airline is supposed to prevent the person from getting on an airplane that is bound for the U.S. U.S. officials knew that this Nigerian was a possible terrorist, but Obama failed to enforce U.S. law and the man’s name was not added to the list and he was illegally allowed to get on a plane bound for the U.S.

So now you want to dictate the protocol on how the TSA/HLS go about moving people onto the 'NO FLY LIST/WATCH LIST'...frankly I don't want to be the one responsible...so I'll leave it for the specialists/employees that have the criteria for making those decisions...BTW there are a couple hundred thousands of people on the 'WATCH LIST'...could be you/could be me on there somewhere, but just because our name is on there doesn't a terrorist make

What makes you think it is so difficult for countries to cooperate with each other when it comes to running international airplane travel? Are you aware that English is the international language of pilots, air traffic controllers and the world’s airline industry in general? That shows how much influence the U.S. has in this matter. Telling other countries to coordinate and standardize their security measures when they send flights to the U.S. is a fairly simple matter.

Since it is something that is maintianed by the U.S. government, Barak Obama is legally obligated to enforce it.

So is Obama intentionally not doing his job, or is he just too incompetent to know how to do it? There is absolutely no excuse for Obama’s failure, which could have easily lead to the death of hundreds, if not thousands of people. My question is very much valid.
