Trump fought to keep the records
Sorry if facts make you look stupid lol
No, he didn't. The FBI refused to turn over subpoenaed documents, the J-6 committee refused to turn over subpoenaed documents, Hillary refused to turn over subpoenaed documents, and dozens more refused to turn over documents, but not Trump.

Sure he did it took months and months and a legal process to force him to return them and even then he wouldn't

A recent legal motion from former President Donald Trump on Monday said the 45th president invited FBI agents to come to Mar-a-Lago two months before the raid on his property.

The agents, the filing said (pdf), were greeted by Trump lawyers when they arrived on June 3 to retrieve documents. The agents were shown a basement storage room with boxes of documents and memorabilia from when Trump was president.

The filing also claimed that after one FBI agent saw the storage room, they told Trump’s team: “Thank you. You did not need to show us the storage room, but we appreciate it. Now it all makes sense.”

The animals in the Democrat party were not after Trump's documents any more than they were after Hillary's emails or Biden's documents in his garage and Chinese conference center. The dogs were after Trump. That is why the FBI did not take documents two months before the raid when they were invited into Trump's house. The Democrats needed to produce the false picture that armed agents had to invade his home with weapons drawn because he was allegedly resisting and was allegedly a national security threat, which entire scenario was a despicable lie.

Over the next two weeks, before Corcoran returned to Mar-a-Lago to search for classified documents in the storage room, Trump's two co-defendants in the documents case, Mar-a-Lago staffers Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, allegedly removed dozens of boxes from the storage room -- all "at Trump's direction" and with the goal "that many boxes were not searched and many documents responsive to the May 11 Subpoena could not be found," according to the indictment.

He moved boxes from the storage room to hide them duh

The question still unanswered is why had the officials not simply asked to enter his residence again just like they did on June 3. Why did the Democrats not ask Trump and his lawyers for another look at his documents the way Trump invited them in weeks before the raid?

Because they asked and Trump certified all was returned
Trump lied
Hence the raid because just asking didn't work duh
Duh
No question to be answered except how long Trump should go to jail

Let's start with the alleged crime of colluding with Russians Trump was accused of by so many hundreds of thousands of deluded Democrats. Trump was innocent and the deluded leftists were clearly wrong. Hating Trump for no reason is not proof that he committed crimes.
Let's start with the 94 indictments he's facing now. They are not alleged.

What will you say when Trump goes down?
Wil you finally admit he was guilty? It wouldn't be Christian like to belch the same rubbish.

No, the Jeff Epstein pal judge who ordered the raid on Mar-a-Lago broke several laws and precedents.

Those 'Classified’ Docs FBI Sought in Trump Raid Were Already Declassified, Says Former Pentagon Official

BY MATT MARGOLIS 12:14 PM ON AUGUST 09, 2022

On Monday, the FBI executed a search warrant of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home that was approved by a magistrate judge who is not only linked to Jeffrey Epstein but was also an Obama donor. According to CNN, the raid was “part of an investigation into the handling of presidential documents, including classified documents, that may have been brought there.”

If that is the case, then this further proves that the raid was an abuse of power, because we’ve known for months now that the documents in question were already declassified by then-President Trump.

Indictments are not guilty verdicts and Democrats are known to use the law to achieve crooked ends. Do not trust the Marx-loving, God-despising, leftist enemies of the US. One Democrat motto is: Show me a Republican and I will find a crime to charge him with.

Is there an English idiom that means "you can always find a law to convict anyone"? - English Language & Usage Stack Exchange
Not sure how common it is, but I've heard "Show me the man, and I'll show you the crime" quite a few times.

Leftist Hero Judge Amy Berman Jackson Ruled In 2012 That A POTUS' discretion to declare records "personal" is far-reaching and mostly unchallengeable | NittanyNation.com (rivals.com) 8-31-22

Leftist Hero Judge Amy Berman Jackson Ruled In 2012 That A POTUS' discretion to declare records "personal" is far-reaching and mostly unchallengeable

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington D.C. ultimately rejected Judicial Watch's suit by concluding there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president.

But Jackson's ruling — along with the Justice Department's arguments that preceded it — made some other sweeping declarations that have more direct relevance to the FBI's decision to seize handwritten notes and files Trump took with him to Mar-a-Lago. The most relevant is that a president's discretion on what are personal vs. official records is far-reaching and solely his, as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will.

"Under the statutory scheme established by the PRA, the decision to segregate personal materials from Presidential records is made by the President, during the President's term and in his sole discretion," Jackson wrote in her March 2012 decision, which was never appealed.

"Since the President is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of Presidential records during his time in office, it would be difficult for this Court to conclude that Congress intended that he would have less authority to do what he pleases with what he considers to be his personal records," she added.

DOJ admits materials seized from Trump may be protected by attorney-client privilege - Washington Times 8-29-22

DOJ admits materials seized from Trump may be protected by attorney-client privilege

By Jeff Mordock - The Washington Times - Monday, August 29, 2022

The Justice Department said Monday that some of the materials seized in the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s residence may be protected under attorney-client privilege.

In the three-page court filing, Justice Department attorneys said an FBI review of the seized documents and other materials found a “limited set” that could be off-limits to investigators.

The discovery was made by an FBI “filter team” that reviews seized materials for privileged or classified information. The team recently completed its review of the documents it seized from Mr. Trump’s residence and office at his private Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida.

As usual, Trump was nowhere near the target. The indictment does not allege any violation of the Presidential Records Act. Rather, it alleges that Trump violated (among other things) the Espionage Act.

you failed again. lol

seriuosly, read the indictment so you don't look stupid.
