She is clearly biased and everyone with a brain knows it. However, if every appeals court that hears Trump's appeal of the guilty verdict (the kangaroo court will no doubt concoct) is also biased and corrupt then Trump may go to jail as a martyr standing against fascist socialist democrat sedition.
At least one judge already chastised Fani for her bias and it looks like another judge may soon be chastising her for corruption.

No investigations, whether republican or Democrat, examined every questionable ballot to ensure it was legitimate. That left the issue of voting fraud unresolved.
