Congress waited 30 years before authorizing the release of the Shah's money because the issue was tied up in court. Obama and his dirty Democrat pals stopped waiting for the court to rule, seized the money, and gave it to the terrorists as part of the Democrat plan to make peace with Iran. Sadly, just a few weeks after Obama took it upon himself to settle the issue the SCOTUS ruled that money should not be given to Iranian terrorists but to the American victims of Iranian terror.

Obama proved once again, just like he did in response to the Muslim terror attack at Fort Hood, that he will pander to Muslim terrorists while simultaneously screwing over Americans, especially American servicemen and women.

The SC DID NOT have jurisdiction to prevent Obama from sending it. You are wrong.
