So what's causing the so called greenhouse gas on Venus?
Can't say why the atmosphere on venus is mostly so called greenhouse gasses while the atmosphere on saturn and jupiter for example have almost none. I am sure that we have a good idea, but I have never taken the time to find out why if there is an answer.
That actually makes sense. If you open the car window with the greenhouse effect, pull up the vents in the greenhouse and open the bathroom window in the shower, the green house effect disipitates up, up and away.
Convection and conduction (the actions that take the heat out of the car, greenhouse, and shower) when you open the windows account for over 90% of the energy movenment within the atmosphere and yet the climate models disregard them entirely in favor of radiation which only matters in the outermost reaches of the atmosphere where the temperature is anywhere from -20 to near absolute zero.
