As far as how I'd act if McSame somehow could ever win I'd be very disappointed and know that not a damn thing was going to chance from Bush or for the betterment of our country. And I'd be looking for some new military invasion to take place.

That's fine but that's not even the problem.

The only thing that happened was groups like ACORN were going around and getting people to register. There were some people that got registered multiple times due to these groups wanting to make sure that they were registered and not knowing for sure that someone else had done that correctly... so they just registered them again. Some people got registered a bunch of times at various different locations where registration was being done.

So the red flag went up due to multiple registrations for the same person but it was the same person, same signature, same address.

It's not a crime to multiple register as long as all the information registered is valid and true.

It's a moot point. But I don't blame them for looking into it.

More lies, but that's no surprise. Perhaps you haven't watched the news anytime over the past several weeks, but they've interviewed several of the people who were registered multiple times, and they were registered repeatedly by the SAME PEOPLE! In once case, a young man was personally "registered" to vote over 20 times by the SAME ACORN GUY, and a total of over 73 times by ACORN people even though he told ALL of them that he was already registered!

The State Attorney General is simply trying to comply with FEDERAL LAW.

Just for the record the Democrats in this area actually have had to put cameras on several yard sign locations because we've had over 300 yard signs stolen in the past week. Not that the campaign doesn't have a couple thousand more that was already on the way but still.

Looks to me like there are some safeguards in place. Despite, what has been claimed in this thread and in other places, there is absolutely no evidence to support the claim that 50,000 fraudulent votes have already been cast and counted.

I repeat my assertion that this is really all about GOP voter suppression, a way to disenfranchise minorities and the poor..something the GOP has honed to a fine art over the years.

I need to find later articles, because it has been reported on radio newscasts several times that those votes will indeed be counted, that is what the whole appeals thing is about..I'm out of time now though, running late because I spent too much time playing here!
