Satan gave man love. Was it worth the hate?

I don't really get what the OP means. Anyway, the Garden story is basically pushing one idea. That idea is that Satan wants humans to decide good and evil - on their own - without God's advice.

Given that Yahweh is a genocidal son murdering prick of a god, I see that as a great idea. You?

As to the O.P. and you not getting it.

Here is a link, I gave you elsewhere as well, that shows that when a baby creates a love bias for something or someone, they automatically create a hate bias against anything that would put what they love in jeopardy.

I repeat it for the lurkers.

I understand that Spong passed away. perhaps 2 years ago.

I can find no record of Sponge having expired. Not notifying Wikipedia after dying may have just been a minor oversight on his part.
Both love and sin are subjective issues specific to you.

Not so glad to hear that.
Subjective, according to the dictionary,:based on or influenced by personal feelings, tastes, or opinions.

I was paroled last week after serving eleven months for loving my neighbor with a baseball bat.

During my trial I explained to the judge that it was an act of love. (Hell I even showed him a copy of your post as evidence).
He was NOT impressed!
I also told him that I had never sinned, showing him said document.
He virtually splintered his gavel with a resounding "Do I Look Like A PRIEST?".
Then he told some guy named bailiff to handcuff me and drag me out of his courtroom.

Don't take it the wrong way, but I may have some reservations about love and sin being subjective.
Generally, love is what I want given to me at all times and sin is what I do not want done to me at any time.

"Given" I didn't "give" my neighbor that bat laden love session, he earned it by taking ten grand from me in three hands of poker and as far as "Thou Shalt Not Steal", I just borrowed the ten grand from his pocket with full intentions of allowing him to win it back in the next poker game.

The bald headed judge couldn't see eye to eye with me on that one either. "BAILIFF"
I let the Golden Rule or Harm/Care guide me in defining those words.

Yeah, same here.

May Yahweh Bless You!

Sounds like you like to shoot yourself in the foot.

Whose moral opinions, if not your own, do you trust and use to get by?

Sounds like you misuse your own.
