Republicans FAVOR Abortion!!

No again. He was Chinese to death by a corrupt white mongrel copper and you know it. He was sent to prison for it so drugs never entered the equation.

Cut the lies son. You know the truth.

If he casually walked down the street and was never arrested, do you really believe chauvin would be in jail for murder?

You know I'm right. Why are you persisting with your lies to protect a proven murderer? Where's your Christianity on this subject?
Maybe because you know it was the Genesis of the BLM riots you're attempting to link to dems. Maybe it because you dont want anyone to know trumps blatant racism was the cause.

Floyd was a habitual criminal who died resisting arrest. Chauvin followed well-established procedures but failed to discern that Floyd was not lying this time about not being able to breathe.

So if hero George was not a criminal he would still be alive and well today? Good point.

Chauvin is an idiot but he did not wake up that morning thinking about killing a black man.

It was involuntary manslaughter not murder.

So he did choke him to death consequently the charges of murder were valid.
It's taken a long time for you to admit it.

As for him being an habitual criminal? I've seen no evidence.

The hold Chauvin had Floyd in was taught in police training so we must agree that the problem was not the proper restraint but the unanticipated consequence of Floyd's real breathing problem masked by his false similar claims in previous arrests.

I'll ask again. After the evidence was produced at the trial, it resulted in Floyd's death, chauvin was sentenced for murder, are you willing to accept he murdered him.

Be courageous and admit your wrong. If the copper was a Democrat you would imply that immediately.

Your version of events smells of politics and racism and drug addicts.
Sound familiar?

No, I do not accept the wrongful conviction of Chauvin for murder.
What charge should he have been on?
Where's the evidence he was wrongly convicted?
Why would a judge come to that conclusion?
Why are you protecting chauvin? Why is your evidence more compelling than that of witnesses etc?

Fairly simple questions. Should be easy. I'll wait.

It is called manslaughter. Possibly negligent homicide. He did not wake up that morning wanting to murder somebody.

The debatable issue is if it was voluntary or involuntary.

Even if a cop is taught to use a choke hold under certain circumstances he would have to know when to let up on the hold. You do not choke somebody for 9 minutes straight.

Civilians were screaming at him that it was dangerous to keep his knee on Floyd like that for that long. He just stayed there like a damn idiot so he showed a disregard for the man's life and safety which is his responsibility while holding a suspect in custody. .

Floyd was a career criminal with a history of resisting arrest. The trial was a travesty because the legal system unjustly adopted the unreasonable radical racist black claims that cops are racists and that Floyd did nothing wrong.
