How is there a conflict between homosexuality and Christianity?

Homosexuality is no different than other sexual sins in scripture. Actually adultry would be considered a worse sin since its not just said to be wrong but one of the actual commandments. All forms of fornication are sins IE: wrong, bad, not good to do. I see no reason why homosexuality would be exempt from these lists of sins, but also no worse than the others.
