There are laws against trying defendants before biased judges and juries and the innocent Christian woman was unjustly tried by a leftist prosecutor in front of a leftist judge and unjustly packed leftist jury.

“So” I did not say that. I said what I said. I think It is fundamentally illogical if the only reason to call a jury illegitimate would be if the verdict does not go ones way.

In law whether effect A is “caused” by action B is a bit not straightforward.

I think the actions of Jan 6 rioters wether they were the leaders and were actively violent or they calmly walked into the capitol they victimized all of us at the very least because they disrupted the legitimate function of our government.
