If you knew what the hell you were talking about you would have known the case that reversed the ruling in Schenck was the one I posted for you to try and learn from. You still can’t yell “Fire” in a crowded theater, you’d be taken into custody because of your disruptive or threatening action. "Kiddie porn" can be suppressed because it hurts children. Speech made in planning a criminal act is punishable as a conspiracy. Making false statements about another can result in libel/defamation suits.

So, contrary to your assertion, "freedom of speech" can be restricted, and has been. As I said before, go ahead and yell "Fire", and then post bond to get out of jail.
