Obama says aiding economy trumps budget deficit

Obama said the $700 billion bailout bill passed by the U.S. Congress had helped stem the financial crisis, even though the $300 billion already spent may not have had visibly positive effects.

Yeah, the Dow Jones dropped from 10325 when the bail out passed, to 8497 today, according to Google Finance.

You responded to Obama saying debt does not matter by attacking Bush for the deficit. Obviously deficit should not be an issue, according to Obama anyway.

You are fine with the spending and debt as long as a "Clinton adviser" does it? This makes little sense.
