I don't think Obama is as liberal as his opponents painted him to be, nor as liberal as some of his supporters hoped he would be.



So, that could make him a "moderate" by some standards.

The people in the poll who did not pick liberal probably think like you.

but you are right about somthing, there are way more liberal people out there that wish he would turn more left. But personally I dont know how much more of a left turn he can make and not be kicked out of office. he knows that he has to seem middle road... notice I said "seem"
