Now I am not saying he didn't overvalue iit but was it intentional.
I know from watching pawn stars and real life experiences that the guy who owned the item thinks it worth more while the other says.
Now they were politically motivating cared so They totally undervalued it and this was intentional I think.

It is obvious that Mar A Lago is much more valuable NOW than it was before Trump became president. But the dispute was about its value BEFORE Trump was elected in 2016.

I predict that when Trump has finally dedicated to pushing up the daisies, his heirs will have a yuge campaign to establish a Trump Presidential Museum, asking the suckers for contributions to buy it from them at some astronomical price, and that there will be massive misdirections of funds into the pockets of Eric, Ivanka and Don, Jr. Perhaps we will be treated to a financial feud in the courts between Trump's older children on one side and Barron and Melania on the other.
