"Infants who test positive for prenatal cannabis exposure are not at higher risk of being diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or DBD (Disruptive Behavior Disorder) in early adolescence, according to data published in the Journal of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.

Investigators affiliated with the University of California at San Francisco and Kaiser Permanente assessed the relationship between in-utero cannabis exposure and behavioral outcomes in a cohort of over 141,000 children born between 2011 and 2018. Children were followed up to a maximum age of 11.

“Maternal prenatal cannabis use was not associated with ADHD, and there was an inverse association with DBD,” researchers determined."

"Opponents of marijuana legalization often allege that jurisdictions that have legalized adult-use marijuana sales experience subsequent rises in incidences of cannabis-induced psychosis and other adverse mental health consequences. But, nearly a decade worth of scientific data from Canada and the United States refutes this bullshit."

"I’m a travel writer. And as a matter of principle, if my government says I cant go somewhere, it better have a darned good reason.

For me, “high” is a place… and sometimes
I want to go there. And when it comes to my civil liberty to enjoy marijuana as a responsible adult, there’s no good reason for our government to stop me."

"People with a history of cannabis use do not possess higher rates of carotid artery calcification (CAC) in either middle age or older adulthood, according to data published in the journal Vascular Medicine. Carotid artery calcification is an established marker of atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), which is linked to an elevated risk of heart attack and stroke."

"In-person testimony in the DEA’s upcoming hearing on marijuana rescheduling will not begin until early next year, according to legal documents obtained and provided online by Marijuana Moment.

According to an order filed by DEA Chief Administrative Law Judge John Mulrooney II, designated participants should anticipate in-person hearings to begin in either January or February 2025. In the interim, the judge is seeking further clarification regarding participants’ positions and how they “would be sufficiently ‘adversely affected or aggrieved’ by the proposed scheduling action to qualify as an ‘interested person’ under the [federal] regulations.” 7043[1].gif .......lethargic-smiley-emoticon[1].gif

"Nearly seven in ten Americans say that “the use of marijuana should be legal,” according to new nationwide polling data released by Gallup.

Sixty-eight percent of respondents endorse cannabis legalization. That percentage is among the highest level of support ever reported by pollsters.

In
1969, when Gallup first began surveying the question, only twelve percent of Americans backed marijuana legalization. Since 2012, when Colorado and Washington became the first two states to legalize marijuana for adults, public support for legalization has risen nationally by some 20 percentage points. Legalization has enjoyed majority support among Americans since 2013 and has held steady around 68 percent since 2020."

"If approved by voters on Tuesday, new regulated adult-use marijuana markets in Florida and North Dakota – along with a medical cannabis market in Nebraska – could collectively produce $3 Billion during the first full year of sales.

Together, the markets are likely to reach $
4.3 Billion in marijuana sales by the fourth year of operation, according to analysis from the MJBiz Factbook."

I support legal pot in Florida and being able to grow say 2 auto flower plants at a time say x 2 times a year. if you grow in a good quality 3x3 or 4x2 grow tent. and do not stress out the young plants' you should be able to net anywhere between 2 to 8 oz per plant and seriously you should get at least 4 oz per grow if not a lb if you know how to grow auto flower. Speaking of autos most people cannot afford new Telsa cars due to price,

"......on election night, Nebraska voters overwhelmingly approved a pair of ballot measures to provide qualifying patients with access to medical cannabis, while voters in Dallass (population 1.3 million people) and two other Texass cities decided in favor of municipal measures prohibiting local law enforcement from making low-level marijuana-related arrests."
