A top Pennsylvania lawmaker called on the state Wednesday to immediately expunge the names of 11,198 noncitizens whom the state confirmed are registered to vote, despite not being eligible.

State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, a Republican and former chairman of a House government oversight panel, said the administration of Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, belatedly acknowledged the large number of noncitizens in communications over the past two months.

“I believe that we need to take action and have those people removed immediately from the rolls,” Mr. Metcalfe told The Washington Times. “They were never eligible to vote.”

Just days earlier, officials in Texas announced they had found nearly 100,000 noncitizens on the state’s voter rolls.

The numbers, while not yet evidence of massive voter fraud that President Trump said marred the popular vote in the 2016 election, are nonetheless higher than the almost-zero levels of voting mischief that the president’s critics have suggested.

Some of those Trump opponents don’t believe the latest numbers, particularly in Texas, where Hispanic activists sued to stop a potential purge of the noncitizen names that the state identified.

Congress took up the investigation of the FBI framing 4 men in the 1960s for a murder the FBI knew the men did not commit. J. Edgar Hoover was in on the heinous FBI crime. Three of the innocent men were sentenced to death and one to life imprisonment. Two of the wrongly convicted men died in prison. One of the innocent men was unanimously recommended for parole in the late 1980s but he was not paroled because Robert Mueller would not allow it.

After Bush became President he appointed Robert Mueller to head the FBI. When Congress subpoenaed the FBI records of the 1960s criminal case Mueller convinced Bush to cite executive privilege to refuse to release the records, and two of the innocent men whom Mueller knew were innocent, remained still in prison. Congress investigated anyway in spite of Mueller's obstruction and found the FBI had wickedly framed the innocent men. The 2 men still in prison were released and Congress awarded the four men and their survivors more than $100 million in damages.

Mueller and Comey later botched another FBI investigation, resulting in more millions of dollars in damages being awarded to the wrongfully accused parties.

The bent and incompetent DC police gave up trying to find Rich's assassins, claiming they had no clues as to why Rich was murdered in the street at night shortly after Podesta had said he would murder whoever it was that leaked DNC emails to Assange.

DC police also said they had no clues about the ransacking of Rich's apartment after his assassination and concluded it must have been a separate unrelated robbery. Rich's computer and electronic devices were stolen from his apartment and when asked about his missing computer the FBI also said it had no idea who ransacked Rich's apartment, why the apartment was ransacked, and who might possibly have stolen Rich's computers and equipment.
Years later the FBI admitted it had Rich's computer for years.

Given the FBI collusion with lying government officials seeking to frame Trump for crimes he did not commit, it is not unreasonable to conclude that the FBI actively suppressed evidence in the Rich murder, likely to help in their efforts to frame Trump to get him removed from office.

The FBI is asking a U.S. court to reverse its order that it produce information from Seth Rich’s laptop computer.

If the court does not, the bureau wants 66 years to produce the information.

Rich was a Democratic National Committee staffer when he was killed on a street in Washington in mid-2016. No person has ever been arrested in connection to the murder.

U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant, an Obama appointee, ruled in September that the bureau must hand over information from the computer to Brian Huddleston, a Texas man who filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the info.
