“let Obamacare fail. It will be a lot easier.” says Trump

Are you really that dense? Here is a table of contents for the HIPPA REGULATIONS..not the law...just the regulations...

By the way, this is only about the first 10% of the table of contents...If I tried to post the whole thing, the post gets to long and it would require multiple posts to simply list the table of contents...

Then perhaps you should use some intelligence, as if you had any, and post the regulations not some "guide" to "surviving" the regulations. Then too, perhaps you should understand that these regulations were passed by your Repugnant ones in 2000, not by the "liberals" that you fear, and hate.

I didn't...I told you precisely why...A person with the expertise to stay on top of all of these government regulations is a very expensive commodity. The hospital CEO's of the 70's who simply managed the various departments of hospitals and oversaw accounts receivable, and accounts payable would be entirely lost in the maze of government regulations today. You seem to be so ignorant on the topic that you don't even have a rational starting point available to you to begin a conversation. What is it like to be that blissfully unaware?

More lies. The CEO has nothing to do with compliance with the regulations save for some whining like you do. That is why they hire some low paid flunky to do the paper work if any. Then too, you ignore why HIPPA was passed in the first place. If these outfits were doing as they morally should have done then there would have been no need for the regs. However, when a CEO sees a pay raise amounting to anywhere from 200% to 1000% (AETNA Insurance as an example even though they "lost" money), and you don't think that adds to the costs of healthcare, then who is the fool? Who is the dense one? You as usual.

Before the ACA, HIPPA, etc., and the hatred for Obama, healthcare costs were going up at 12-20% a year. Back in the 90's with the "Contract with America", they were talking of the rising costs in healthcare, and telling the American people that something needed to be done (and it wasn't). In 2001 the first report I know of came out, and told the government about the shortage in PCP (Primary Care Physicians), and the coming shortage. Later another report came out about how PCP's were changing their status to "specialist", and charging 2-5 times as much for their services. Later more reports came out about how hospitals were raising their costs (like charging $15.00 for an aspirin), and the profit line kept increasing. Then whining fools like you who can only do as they are told, and never listen to anything that disagrees with what they are told to believe, come along, and support ending healthcare for the poor so that we will have a system that only cares for the likes of trash like Trump, and not those that really needs it.

Instead of calling a doctor, go to the parking lot, and see what kind of car he drives, or go to his home and see what it looks like.

Yeah..I have read them and frankly, they are laughable...and the fact that you believe they are rational sources makes you laughable.

*****...I am not using stories..I am using the government regulations themselves...hundreds of thousands of pages of imposed government regulations...what sort of person do you think it would take to stay on top of and compliant to that sort of government bureaucracy...

Lying fool thinks others are as stupid as he is.

Physician Salary 2017 — Physician incomes have steadily increased for the seventh year in a row — from $206,000 in 2011 to $294,000 in 2017 — according to Medscape’s 2017 Physician Compensation Report, which comprises responses from more than 19,200 physicians in some 27 specialties.

And the pay gap between the incomes of specialists and primary care providers — $316,000 versus $217,000, respectively — has remained a steady at 45% since 2015, when specialists earned $284,000 and primary care providers earned $195,000.

Poor babies. Imagine having to live on $200,000 to $300,000 dollars a year. Good lord, the asses must be starving to death.

You know...if ignorance were indeed bliss, then you would be one of the happiest people on earth...but you aren't..you are a pissed off bitter liberal.

I already covered the rising cost of insurance, but those blinders you have on apparently won't let even the smallest bit of truth in...tell me, how much do you think your car insurance would cost per month if it covered tune ups, windshield wipers, tire rotations, oil changes, and all the routine maintenance it takes to keep a car running? Are you really that devoid of critical thinking skills? By the way, insurance companies have heaps of government regulations to deal with as well...and compliance with each and every one raises the costs...

And only the most abjectly ignorant would blame drug companies alone for rising drug costs..once again...mountains of government regulations...today, the cost of shepherding a drug through the government bureaucratic maze to market is approaching 3 BILLION dollars. You think they are supposed to just suck it up and charge $25 for a bottle of pills that cost nearly 3 billion dollars to bring to the market?

If you want to know why the cost of everything medical is skyrocketing you need look no further than government regulations...mountains of them that make everything more and more expensive.

The fact that you are not the sharpest knife in the drawer is blatantly obvious.

And you think things are better today with even more expense required to get that MD and even more government regulations to comply with once they hang their shingle? You are so far removed from the real world that I am somewhat surprised that you realize that there even is a real world...somewhere.....certainly not wherever you reside.

I can't help but note that there was no mention of the debt incurred, and hanging over most doctors just to get the education...nor did they mention the costs of maintaining compliance with government regulations, or the costs of insurance...very shallow...but hey, that's right up your alley...no thinking required.

Poor babies. Imagine having to live on $200,000 to $300,000 dollars a year. Good lord, the asses must be starving to death.

If it is so easy, why aren't you a doctor or a CEO of a medical facility? You, like all liberals either hate the rich for being smarter than you, or hate yourself for having money...in your case...you just hate the rich...considering your ignorance of market forces, costs, and trends, my bet is that you have never made more than 75,000 a year in your life.
