I blame a lot of this on the border problem , with the influx of illegals the agents are to busy processing them and helping them the cartels are pushing there hard drugs more and more .. And you have a lot of liberal prosecutors and judges who are very soft on crime. and a decline in morality and ethics .
Then the Chinese is where it comes from viva the cartels in Mexico.
Al the drug programs and related programs are doing very little s more drastic step's with in reason meed to be taken.
